What therapy is like
Therapy is a collaborative, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on both practical tools and deeper emotional patterns.
My approach is trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and grounded in mind-body awareness. The goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel more connected, steady, and aligned in your life.
Individual Therapy for Adults
I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, trauma, postpartum concerns, and feelings of disconnection or overwhelm. Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable on the outside, but internally feel stressed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be a source of deep connection, but they can also become strained by stress, miscommunication, unresolved conflict, or life transitions. Many couples find themselves stuck in repeating arguments, feeling distant from one another, or unsure how to move forward.
Couples therapy provides a structured, supportive space to slow down and understand the patterns that are showing up in your relationship.

Navigate major life transitions as a team

Family Therapy
Families can carry a great deal of love and care for one another, but they can also become caught in patterns of tension, miscommunication, or emotional distance. Stressful life events, parenting challenges, or long-standing conflicts can make it hard to feel understood or connected.
Family therapy provides a supportive space where each person can be heard and where new ways of relating can begin to take shape.
Together, we’ll work to:
Improve communication within the family
Reduce conflict and emotional reactivity
Strengthen understanding and empathy
Create healthier, more supportive patterns at home
In-Person Therapy
Sessions are available in person at my office in Central New Jersey. The office is a quiet, private space designed to feel calm, comfortable, and supportive.
Telehealth (Virtual Sessions)
I also offer secure video sessions for adults, couples, and families located anywhere in New Jersey. Telehealth allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home while still receiving the same level of care and attention.
Fees and Insurance
I am an out-of network provider. Many of my clients use their out-of-network benefits and receive significant reimbursement for their sessions. Depending on your plan, insurance may reimburse approximately 70-80% of the session fee after your deductible is met.
If you’re unsure about your benefits, I’m happy to help you understand your coverage before we begin so there are no surprises. I also provide detailed superbills for easy submission to your insurance company.
Investing in therapy is an investment in your long-term wellbeing, relationships, and performance. With out-of-network reimbursement, many clients find therapy to be more financially accessible than they initially expected.
The fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $200.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can determine whether we’re a good fit.
